Christmas returns policy?
We offer an extended returns policy for the Christmas period. This means any product purchased between now and the end of 2020 can be returned in original unused condition up until 31st January 2021.
Any purchases made with custom initial plaques will incur a £10 fee being kept during the refund process.
How long will shipping take?
We keep all of our products in stock unless otherwise stated so once payment is received we will aim to ship your item out within one working day. We send all our products via Hermes shipping which should take 1 to 2 working days. Please note, a signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel and ID to verify you are over the age of 18 may be requested by the courier.
For custom initial plaques, please allow an extra 3-5 days on your delivery.
I live outside of the UK, will you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we can ship outside of the UK, this will not be covered by our free shipping offer. For listed EU countries there will be a fixed shipping fee of £20. If your country is not listed when placing your order, please email us with your address and we will be happy to get you a shipping quote.
Please note for countries outside of the UK we can not ship any alcohol or batteries within the order. This will require you to purchase 3x AAA batteries for the LED light and 1x Cell battery for the remote control.
What is your returns policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Any drinks must be unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Is your product covered by any kind of warranty?
Yes, we offer a 3 year limited warranty on all of our Spirit Boxxs. This warranty covers any fault with the ex-military ammunition box itself. This is limited to its handles, latch, hinges and corner brackets. If you have any problems please drop us an email and we can take it from there.
The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse, loss or breakage to any of the interior components, such as glasses, drinks tray, knife, foam inserts, hinge straps, microfibre cloth, LED lights or spirit measure.
How long should the LED lights last for?
The LED lights should last for up to 15 hours when on one of the lower brightness settings.
My LED lights have stopped working properly?
As the batteries drain to almost empty, some of the colours can appear different to usual. All you need to do is put new batteries in and you're good to go. Visit our Product Care, Tips and Tricks page for a step by step guide on changing the batteries.
What happens if a drink is spilt inside my Boxx?
Have no fear, we have designed our Spirit Boxx so that all the inserts can be removed so any spillages can be easily cleaned up. Visit our Product Care, Tips and Tricks page for a step by step guide on how to tidy up any spillages.
I have lost / broken one of the components for my Boxx, can I order a replacement part?
Accidents happen, we are more than happy to send out replacements part. Please send us an email explaining which part you require and we will let you know the cost and get your new part sent out to you as soon as possible.
